Design idea

The main objective of the project was to establish a vocational private chalet by developing a simple & luxurious design where residents can have a view of the pool and the waterfall at its end, the design offers the residents a pool and a waterfall together without blocking their horizontal vision. Additionally, the design gives a feeling of expansiveness as it is connecting the outdoor area to the rooms indoors where the residents can enjoy the pool view outside while relaxing on their couch or bed.

The architectural design is based on how we reflect the freedom of the area facing the sea. We have trimmed the extended ceiling to shade the pool area. The strength point of the place was the sea view therefore we insisted to have open terraces and large glass windows covering the façade of the first floor so the sea can be seen from each and every angle even while walking in the corridor. we have chosen the colored glass pattern because it gives us incredible color perspective and decreases the strong sunlight during sunny summer days. Moreover, we offered a landscape design with many facilities such as a barbecue and outdoor dining area, to grant the residents the best summer vacation experience.
